I come to this practice with gratitude, humility, and awe towards the indigenous cultures that have used plant medicine for sacred ceremonial use for thousands of years.

I have personally  experienced the profoundly therapeutic and growth-awakening benefits of plant medicine.

My background as a hospice nurse taught me the art and importance of bringing support, respect, and compassion when holding space that at times can feel challenging and vulnerable.  
I will  serve as a grounded  and attuned presence
