I come to the present moment out of a belief that what is truly good for one is good for all.
There are many paths to awakening and deepening our connection to self, community, and all that exist.
​Plant medicine offers an opportunity to access our intuitive wisdom and to journey towards
the embodiment of self.
I come to this practice with 35 years of home and community based nursing, specializing in hospice care.
​ This work instilled a deep respect for relationships and building trust through listening and compassion.
​It has also helped me cultivate attunement when supporting deep inner journey work as well as bringing safety and care to the experience of letting go into
an expanded awareness.
All journeys offer inner exploration and discovery, making room for a new way of being and seeing; an opening to Self.
